Barthélémy Kassa, suivant la stratégie Yayi doit être un pion essentiel pour les recherches pétrolifères et minières au Bénin. Pourtant, lorsqu’on jette un regard sur le curriculum vitae de l’homme, il n’a rien d’impression en ces matières.
